Online sealed bids shall be submitted by way of the PennBid program. Paper bids will not be accepted. All documents and solicitation details are available online at no cost except to successful bidder at PennBid – https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. All Bids shall be effective for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the bid opening.Any questions related to this bid solicitation should be submitted using the “QUESTIONS” feature within PennBid no later than five (5) days prior to the bid opening.The Lehigh Valley Cooperative Purchasing Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept either in whole or in part, any one bid or combination of bids and to accept the bid which it determines in its best interests. The Council also reserves the right to waive or permit the curing of any informalities or irregularities in a bid as permitted by law.
