    NOTICE TO BIDDERS SOUTHERN DELAWARE COUNTY AUTHORITYOnline sealed bids for the 2026 Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Survey through line cleaning and video inspection of various sanitary sewers and manholes throughout Upper Chichester Township will be received by Southern Delaware County Authority online via the PennBid Program at www.PennBid.Bonfirehub.com until 10:00 AM, on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. All Bid Documents, Construction Plans and Specifications are available online via the PennBid Program at www.PennBid.Bonfirehub.com at no cost to prospective bidders. The successful bidder, who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay PennBid Program a fee of 1/3 % of the contract award value. There is a minimum award fee of $150.00 and a maximum of $6,000.00. Bidders must confirm the fees associated with bidding through PennBid and the successful bidder is responsible for the fees associated with the awarded bid. A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, made payable to Southern Delaware County Authority, must accompany each bid. Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid package, particularly to the Public Works Employment Verification, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirements for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw his bid within one hundred and twenty (120) days after the date set for the receiving and opening of bids. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract and to waive any informalities in the Bids.
