REQUEST FOR LETTER OF INTEREST (RLI) RLI No. 2026-023 Sponsorship Acquisition Services NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lauderhill, Florida (“City”) is soliciting Letters of Interest (LOI) from qualified firms or individuals to provide Sponsorship Acquisition Services for City-produced events, activities, projects, and programs. Letters of Interest must be submitted electronically via IonWave at https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ no later than 10:45 A.M. (EST) on February 19, 2026. Submissions received after this time will not be considered. The City seeks experienced vendors capable of identifying, securing, and managing sponsorships that enhance City programming, expand marketing reach, and generate additional resources to support cultural, recreational, and community initiatives. The Request for Letter of Interest (RLI) documents will be available for examination and download beginning January 30, 2026, via IonWave. Vendors obtaining solicitation documents from sources other than IonWave are cautioned that the solicitation package may be incomplete. All addenda, if issued, will be posted and distributed exclusively through IonWave. All questions regarding this RLI must be submitted through the IonWave Question Tab. The final deadline for submitting questions is ten (10) calendar days prior to the LOI due date. All respondents must be registered with the City through IonWave to participate.
