The United Nations Development Corporation (UNDC), a public benefit corporation of the State of New York, is seeking a qualified mechanical contractor to perform a scope of work including but not limited to providing all labor and equipment to remove an existing AC-2 steam coil and replace it with a new steam coil for an air handler unit located on the B2 level of Two United Nations Plaza. Two UN Plaza is a Class A, mixed-use, high-rise building consisting of office and hotel tenancy located in east midtown Manhattan. The building will be occupied and operational throughout the duration of the project. The UNDC properties are managed by Cushman & Wakefield. The minimum required qualifications are as follows: A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in this field. Licensed by the State of New York. Liability insurance of $5,000,000. A resume of current assignments in New York City at comparable buildings. Interested companies must provide evidence of their qualifications and relevant experience including a minimum of five (5) references with contact information.
