The SUSQUEHANNA REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (SRTA) is seeking proposals for the performance of in-plant quality assurance inspections, including Buy America audit services, to support the PA Statewide Purchase of Heavy Duty Transit Buses.Proposals shall be submitted via PennBid.net. Proposers shall ensure that their complete Proposal and all required elements are submitted to the PennBid.net site.All proposals and contracts are subject to all applicable state and federal laws and to a financial assistance contract between the SUSQUEHANNA REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Transit Administration.Contractors will be required to comply with all applicable Non-Discrimination, Non-Collusion, Lobbying, Debarment and Contractor Integrity laws and regulations. Proposers must certify they are not on the Comptroller General’s list of ineligible contractors.SRTA solicits and encourages disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) participation. DBE’s shall be afforded full consideration of their response and will not be subject to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex or national origin in consideration for an award.SRTA reserves the right to postpone, to accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, or to waive any and all informalities in the RFP process, as SRTA deems to be in its own best interest. Contract award is subject to the firm’s agreement to SRTA’s terms and conditions.
