The purpose is to conduct a strategic information technology assessment that will evaluate the current state of the SRBC's IT framework and infrastructure, identify gaps and risks, and provide a prioritized roadmap aligned with organizational goals and budget realities as described in this RFQ. Proposals must adhere to the format and content of this RFQ. Proposals will not be evaluated unless all parts requested are submitted in a complete package. The information set forth is the minimum required in order to qualify for consideration.
