    Description

    INTENT: This bid will establish a performance-based term contract with Bartlett Regional Hospital (BRH) for services at Bartlett Family Medicine (an enterprise fund of the City and Borough of Juneau) and a responsive and responsible Contractor to furnish complete professional janitorial services, as specified, as the leased office space located at 10301 Glacier Hwy, Juneau, AK. To be considered responsible a Contractor’s firm and/or their employees must be capable of providing management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment as required by bid specifications. References may be required to establish and determine a bidder’s level of responsibility. The Contractor will be expected to be able to commence all work as soon as feasible after successful award. Approval of all required documents (insurance certificates, employee listing, SDS sheets, performance/surety bond, etc.) are required prior to final award and commencement of work. DETAILS & SITE VISIT: Within the quote document there are detailed specifications on the areas to be cleaned, what supplies are needed and multiple photos documenting the space. CBJ will offer a SITE VISIT of the facility on FRIDAY 4/10/2026 at 8:00 a.m. Contractors who wish to attend the site visit must email purchasing@juneau.gov a Minimum of Twenty-Four (24) hours in advance of the scheduled meeting, to provide notification of attendance. If no-one emails to requests to attend the site visit, the meeting will be cancelled. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: Late responses are not accepted. Timely responses are accepted via Electronic Submission* though the CBJ Purchasing Email Address of Purchasing@Juneau.gov by submitting all required documents. Any changes to CBJ issued documents will be in the form of an addendum to the quote. Addenda are issued as promptly as is practical to all plan holders.
