Binghamton University will receive sealed proposals for project no. Sealed bids shall be submitted and mailed or delivered to Binghamton University,Purchasing Department, McGuire Building Attn: Matthew Schofield 4400 Vestal Parkway East Vestal, NY 13850 or mailed via UPSPS to Binghamton UniversityPurchasing Department, McGuire Building Attn: Matthew Schofield PO Box 6000 Binghamton, NY 13902. Bids will be opened publicly in the purchasing department in the McGuire Building. Each Proposal submitted, the following information will be read aloud: 1) Name of contractor 2) The markup percentages entered on the Bid Form. Binghamton University will review all bids and verify accuracy of minimum qualifications and submission of all required documents. Bidders will be formally notified of the official results in writing within one week from the bid opening. The term contracts will be signed with the selected contractor for the specified period of time to engage and complete numerous defined projects each with a value of $100,000 or less. Each separate project will be called a "RELEASE" The term contract will be issued for a period of one year with the option for two One-Year renewals with the mutual agreement of the contracting parties.
