The work to be done is shown on the Plans and described in the Specifications and generally consists of, but is not limited to: The reconstruction of Thompson Way, Sheridan Street, and Sherman Street and maintenance and replacement of storm drain facilities. Other items or details not mentioned above, that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions, shall be performed, constructed or installed. Bids are required for the entire Work described herein. The contract time shall be 50 WORKING DAYS. Working Days shall begin on June 1, 2026 due to Sierra Elementary School summer recess.
