    THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). NO SUBSEQUENT AWARD OR AGREEMENT WILL RESULT FROM THE RESPONSES AND INFORMATION RECEIVED BY THE COLLEGE. THE PRIMARY GOAL IS TO UNDERSTAND THE COST RANGE & SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR BUDGET PLANNING PURPOSES. A SUBSEQUENT RFP CAN BE EXPECTED FOR RELEASE IN SPRING 2026. The College is seeking information to help develop a Scope of Work and to estimate the costs associated with a comprehensive compensation and staff classification study. The study should incorporate education qualifications, experience, longevity, and premiums sometimes offered to attract employees in high-demand or difficult-to-fill positions, as well as a discussion of the efficacy of these premiums and a recommendation concerning them. JCCC is committed to maintaining competitive, equitable, and sustainable compensation practices that support recruitment, retention, and organizational excellence.
