    The project consists of providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the complete replacement of the Highway and Grounds building HVAC system located at 544 New Britain Avenue, Unionville, CT 06085. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 9, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at 544 New Britain Avenue, Unionville, CT 06085. Each BID shall be accompanied by a certified check, bid bond, treasurer’s check or cashier’s check issued by a responsible bank, trust or surety company made payable to the Town of Farmington in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bidder’s BID.
