    Description

    The Town of Pomfret is seeking to engage the services of a Consulting Engineering firm to provide inspection services for the following transportation project: State Project No. 111-126 Air Line Trail State Park Improvements. The project is funded by the Transportation Alternatives Program administered through the Connecticut Department of Transportation, Federal Aid Project No. PEDS(305). The improvements will include construction of a stone dust surface segment of the Air Line Trail from Route 44/169 in Pomfret to the Quinebaug River in Putnam. The project also includes drainage improvements, fencing, minor landscaping, access ramp/retaining walls and a staircase down to the Quinebaug River Trail and restoration of disturbed areas.
