The Township provides a full range of municipal services including, but not limited to police and fire protection; public works (highway, refuse and recycling, sanitary sewer, facilities maintenance, fleet maintenance, shade tree and electrical); building and planning services including land use and development review, code enforcement, and community development programs; parks and recreation; libraries; parking services; and general government operations including township management, finance, human resources, information technology, and public information services. • Population served – approximately 65,000 across 24 square miles • Employees: 426 full-time positions; part-time and seasonal staff up to 350 during the year • $83 million General Fund; Other major operating funds include Solid Waste Fund ($10 million), Sanitary Sewer Fund ($10 million) and Equipment Fund ($8 million)This RFP invites vendors with demonstrated experience serving Pennsylvania municipalities or comparable local government entities to propose a fully integrated ERP solution that improves efficiency, data integrity, reporting, and user experience across departments.Sealed proposals shall be submitted online via the PennBid Bonfire Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com).Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the “Messages” feature in PennBid.
