INVITATION TO BID City of Hoover, Alabama Bid No. 17-017 Truck-Mounted LED Video Screen Rental Sealed Bids for Truck-Mounted LED Video Screen Rental (Bid #17-017) will be received by The City Clerk of the City of Hoover, Alabama, whose office is located in Hoover City Hall at 100 Municipal Lane, Hoover, Alabama, 35216, until 10:00 a.m. CT on Tuesday, April 25, 2017, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers within Hoover City Hall. No Bids will be received after the time set forth herein. Bid Specifications are open to public review at the office of The City Clerk of the City of Hoover, 100 Municipal Lane, Hoover, Alabama, 35216 and are also available for review and download from the city’s website at the following link: http://www.hooveralabama.gov/bids.aspx. NOTE: NO SPECIFICATIONS OR CONTRACT DOCUMENTS WILL BE MAILED. The Bid specifies the rental of a Truck-Mounted LED Video Screen for use by the City of Hoover. The Bid/Contract award, if made, will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder as evidenced by the City’s receipt of a completed Bid Proposal Form and other documents that have been submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and in accordance with stipulations within other sections of the Bid Specifications. A purchase order will be issued once the bid is awarded. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any formality in any Bid, and to accept any Bid considered advantageous to the City. The City reserves the right to hold the Bids for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the date of receipt of Bids.
