This Request for Proposals is available for inspection at the Public Works Department in Upper Darby Township at 100 Garrett Rd., Upper Darby, PA 19082.NAYLORS RUN STREAM RESTORATION AND FLOOD MITIGATION PROGRAM PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES UPPER DARBY TOWNSHIP, DELAWARE COUNTY, PAUpper Darby Township is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide survey, geotechnical engineering, hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analysis, environmental investigations, permitting, and final design services for the Naylors Run Stream Restoration and Flood Mitigation Program.The Township reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all proposals, or take such action as it may deem in the best interest of the Township and as may be permitted by law.A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held virtually on July 29, 2026 at 1:00 PM, prevailing time.
