    Description

    The Warren County Commissioners, on behalf of the Spring Creek Township Supervisors, are seeking proposals from licensed professionals to assist with the development of accessible parking at the Spring Creek Community Park.The project involves development and construction of two accessible parking spaces, installation of an accessible concrete surface at a nearby pavilion as well as an accessible path to link the parking and the pavilion.In an effort to correct this problem, Spring Creek Township received Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding from Warren County to assist in (1) hiring an engineer to design the outlined amenities (2) create bid specifications that adhere to federal CDBG regulations, (3) assist in the bidding process and (4) provide inspection services during the construction phase of this project.This project is part of a broader initiative to develop amenities at the park.Proposals are sought from persons or firms having expertise in this field of engineering and design. This project will be financed by federal CDBG funds.Lump sum fee is requested for the design process. Prospective firms are welcome to propose either lump sum or per hour fees for construction inspection services.
