Bids for this project must be received prior to the time of the Bid Opening, as detailed in the Project Manual full Advertisement for Bids. Contractors who are interested in submitting a Bid for this project should carefully examine and be familiar with the Drawings and Specifications, and the Project Manual including all Bidding, Contracting, and General Requirement Specification Documents. Site Visit: Bidders are strongly urged to attend the Site Visit(s) to be held at 8 AM on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, and 8 AM on Thursday, August 13, 2026, to take field measurements and examine existing conditions of the project area. It is the responsibility of the bidder to know the site(s) requirements based upon the work being requested. The commencement and completion of work for this project shall be per the Specifications, Section 011000 Summary of the Work. Bid Security deposit will be required in the amount specified in the full Advertisement for Bids. The Selected Low Bidder will be responsible for providing documentation of mandatory pre-award submittal requirements, including but not limited to: Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire (CCA-2), references and experience, list of proposed sub-contractors, detailed estimate, and proof of required insurances. Prevailing Wages will apply. Please be advised: Effective December 30, 2024, all contractors and subcontractors submitting bids or performing construction work on public work projects covered by Article 8 of the Labor Law are required to register with the New York State Department of Labor under Labor Law Section 220-i.
