    Description

    Sealed, separate Bids for the construction of the Water Services to White Pines Commerce Park will be received by the Onondaga County Water Authority, until 2:00 p.m. local time on April 17, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Completed bids should be mailed or delivered in person and received on or before the time and date established herein to the Onondaga County Water Authority, Post Office Box 4949, Syracuse, New York 13221-4949 (Physical Address: 200 Northern Concourse, Syracuse, New York 13212) Attention: Janice Hartwell, telephone number (315) 455-7061, extension 3121. The Project consists of the construction of two (2) parallel 42-inch water services to the White Pines Commerce Park. All work will be performed under a single prime contract. This project is being funded through a grant from Empire State Development. The Successful Bidder will be required to comply with the requirements of ESD as implemented by the NYS Office of Contractor and Supplier Diversity (“OCSD”). Requirements are provided in Schedule B and Schedule B-1 included in Section 00 73 39. All forms and reporting will be submitted to OCWA as Grantee and OCWA will coordinate with ESD. The combined M/WBE participation goal for this project is 30% of the total contract value. The SDVOB participation goal is 6%. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None.
