The winning bidder shall agree to guarantee the bid price(s) for a period of twelve (12) months starting July 1, 2026. Winning bidders may extend the bid price guarantee by written permission to the District.All Bidding documents are available online at no cost at PennBid (www.pennbid.net) and will become available starting Wednesday, April 8, 2026, after 2:00 PM via PennBid. All questions will be received through the PennBid solicitation until Friday, April 24, 2026, at 12:00 Noon.
