6973GH-25-R-00209 - FAALC NAS BEACON ANTENNA – SIR

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the acquisition of the fabrication of antenna support structures to support a secondary antenna and allow preventative and unscheduled maintenance to be completed safely by responsible technicians. See the (SOW) Statement of Work and SOW Attachments for the requirements. 

The FAA intends to award a one-time, firm fixed-price contract to the lowest price, responsible offeror.

The NAICS CODE for this requirement will be 332710 - Machine Shops, with a Small Business Size Standard of 500.

This competitive award process is a 100% Set-Aside to Small Businesses Administration participants. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and be registered as a small business to be eligible for award. Further award eligibility requirements are contained in the terms and conditions of the SIR.

The Offeror must submit all the following completed sections:

• Section A, Solicitation, Offer and Award
• Section B, Supplies or Services and Price/Cost
• Section K, Representations and Certifications
• Small Business Subcontracting Plan, if necessary.

All Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management, www.SAM.gov. Per the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS), clause 3.3.1-33 System for Award Management (SAM), paragraph (b)(1) “By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation.”
