This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. THE GOVERNMENT IS SOLICITING FOR “OPEN MARKET” QUOTES ONLY. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) QUOTES OR OTHER GOVERNMENT-WIDE ACQUISITION CONTRACTS (GWAC) QUOTES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE NEW: NO REFURBISHED OR USED ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. CONTRACTOR MUST BE CLEARED ON THE COMMERCIAL AND GOVERNMENT ENTITY PROGRAM. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE SOLICITED AS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET -ASIDE. THIS REQUIREMENT IS RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESSES. THE CONTRACTOR MUST POSSESS AT A MINIMUM A FAVOURABLY ADJUDICATED TIER 3 (SECRET) CLEARANCE AND AN APPROPRIATE FACILITY SECURITY CLEARANCE LETTER AT A MINIMUM OF SECRET. THIS SOLICITATION CONTAINS A DD FORM 254, DOD CONTRACT SECURITY CLASSIFCATION SPECIFICAITON.
