DORIES CONFERENCE - AUDIO/VISUAL SUPPORT - AMENDMENT 0001

Dear Vendor,

The Government hereby cancels Solicitation FA805226PR010, effective as of the solicitation closing date, 15 October 2025. This action is necessitated by the ongoing government shutdown.

As stated in the original solicitation, the Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation before or after the closing date. In the event of cancellation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse vendors for any costs incurred in preparation or submission of proposals. Vendors submit their proposals at their own risk and expense, and by doing so, release the Government and 773 ESS from any claims or liabilities arising from the solicitation process.

The Government appreciates your interest in this procurement and your effort in responding to this solicitation. No further action is required at this time. AMENDMENT 0001 - SUMMARY OF CHANGES:
1) Addition of Attachment 6 – Vendor Questions and Answers for Solicitation FA805226PR010
2) Amendment of Period of Performance on PWS. Changed from “Labor: Contractor shall perform setup on 28 October 2025, completed no later than 7:00 a.m. local time” to “Labor: Contractor shall start setup on 28 October 2025 at 5:00PM local time, completed no later than 7:30 a.m. local time on 29 October 2025.” The Period of Performance remains 28 October 2025 – 31 October 2025 but set up time has been changed.
4) Amendment of Pricing Schedule to include “Vendor Information” section (page 2).
5) RFQ deadline extended from 13 October to 15 October 2025.
6) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC), 773 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) has a requirement for the provision of AV Support Services for the annual DORIES Conference IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
