FCC HAZELTON FCI BOILER REPLACEMENT PROJECT- 26Z1AR4

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton, West Virginia, intends to issue a solicitation for the requirements of: REPLACE FCI HOT WATER BOILERS PROJECT- 26Z1AR4, as prescribed in FAR subpart 12.6 under NAICS Code 423740. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery date is ASAP UP TO 60 DAYS ARO. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex Warehouse, 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single, multiple awards or no awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance, delivery schedule and price considered. Evaluation factors as prescribed by 52.212-2 will be applied for determination of winning bid. The solicitation will be made available on or about April 1, 2026, and will be posted to the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website: https://sam.gov/. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is April 21, 2026, at 12:00 pm. EST. A signed SF 1449, including vendor information, must be submitted to be considered a viable quote.
