FCC HAZELTON PROJECT 25Z1AN6- FOOD SERVICE FREEZER EQUIPMENT PROJECT

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton, West Virginia, intends to issue a solicitation for the requirements of: FOOD SERVICE FREEZER EQUIPMENT PROJECT- 25Z1AN6, as prescribed in FAR subpart 12.6 under NAICS Code 423740. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery date is 30 days ARO. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex Warehouse, 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single, multiple awards or no awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. Evaluation factors as prescribed by 52.212-2 will be applied for determination of winning bid. The solicitation will be made available on or about October 31, 2025, and will be posted to the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website: https://beta.sam.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is November 6, 2025, at 12:00 pm. EST. A signed SF 1449, including vendor information, must be submitted to be considered a viable quote. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card depending on dollar amount of individual awarded orders.
