Solicitation number 15BBNF26Q00000034 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, intends to issue a solicitation for the supply and delivery of: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FPC Bryan, is seeking a responsible vendor to provide one Air-Cooled Scroll Chiller for in-house replacement of the existing unit serving the Food Service Department. This requirement is supply-only and the contractor shall furnish all equipment and materials to replace the existing system with the new system in accordance with the Statement of Work. The proposed unit must be submitted with the full product detail sheets and specifications that are equal or equivalent to the requested specifications. All materials must meet applicable industry standards and comply with relevant environmental, safety, and quality requirements. Vendors must complete and return the attached SF-1449 with their quotation. Place of performance is the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Bryan, TX, located at 1100 Ursuline Avenue, Bryan, TX 77803. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). The Government reserves the right to award to the responsible vendor(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation criteria will follow the Lowest Price-Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method, where price and technical acceptability will be evaluated equally.
