INCOGNITO SECURITY WORKSTATION

This is a synopsis of contract action (SOCA); this is not a solicitation for a Request for Quote.

No reimbursement will made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. No contract award will be made on the basis of response to this notice. The purpose of this notice is to allow interested parties to assert and explain their capability to perform the work described. Responses should appear on company letterhead and include, at a minimum, affirmation of active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), your qualifications and any applicable pricing data or information. All responses should include a point of contact, telephone number, and e-mail address. Additionally, respondents should indicate whether they are a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a) concern, woman-owned small business, HUB Zone, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, or qualify as socially or economically disadvantaged and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. All responsible sources may respond to this notice and all responses will be considered by the agency.

Please do not request a copy of solicitation, as one does not exist.

The 482d CONF/PK Contracting Flight, Homestead ARB intends to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price Contract under the authority of 10 United States Code (USC) 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to Trusted Systems, Inc., 2920 Dede Rd. Ste, A, Finksubrg, MD, 21048. The applicable NAICS is 332999 with a size standard of 750 employees.

The following is a brief description of the acquisition requirements:

482 CONF/PK requires a secure and professional workstation for an end user in an office environment to manage sensitive classified documents, information systems, and classified network access, all while upholding the highest standards of physical and information security. This workstation must include a TSM131WD model IPS Security Container, a SIPRGuard and a customized INCOGNITO workstation. Trusted Systems is the only manufacturer of this custom-integrated solution. The current environment’s potential security and operational effectiveness challenges require a fully integrated and secure solution. The absence of such a solution increases the risk of unauthorized access to sensitive information, compromises the end user’s efficiency, and potentially hinders mission-critical operations.

This translates into a critical need for a workstation that provides a secure enclave, maintains operational efficiency, integrates seamlessly into the office environment, and ensures long-term reliability.

There are no solicitation documents; however, any vendors that believe they can meet the requirements described should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government’s requirements. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement can be conducted. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Further, the response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e. Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.) in accordance with FAR part 12.

All information furnished shall be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the government representative to evaluate and determine if it can meet the requirement.
