JOHN T. MYERS LOCKS AND DAM STAINLESS STEEL WIRE ROPE SUPPLY PURCHASE

John T. Myers Locks and Dam Stainless Steel Wire Rope Supply Purchase - Wire Rope shall have a nominal diameter of 1 3/8 inches and shall conform to the applicable requirements of Federal Spec No RR-W-410H for Wire Rope and Strand and shall be type IV, Class 3, Style G, 6x30, Regular Lay, Flattened Strand, Except it shall be constructed of type 304 CRCS steel with Corrosion Resistant IWRC and the Breaking Strength of the wire rope shall not be less than 149,000 pounds. All wire rope shall be domestically made in the U.S. Contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to deliver 8,430 linear feet of wire rope that meets the specification herein. The wire rope will be a continuous run on three (3) separate steel spools of 2,810 lineal feet per spool. The wire rope shall be delivered no later than 29 May 2026 to Louisville Repair Station (LRS) at 2605 Shippingport Drive, Louisville, KY 40212-1010.

PLEASE NOTE: Buy American clauses are included in the solicitation and are a requirement for this solicitation. Please follow this and the Materials Specifications listed at item number two (2) within the Scope of Work (SOW).
