MAINTENANCE & SERVICES 3D MAMMOGRAPHY™ SYSTEM HOLOGIC®

The Medical Readiness Contract Office-W, Fort Carson Health Contracting Branch (CarHCB), is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to find potential sources for Maintenance and Services of the Hologic ® 3D Mammography™ System already owned by William Beaumont Army Medical Center, (WBAMC) Fort Bliss, Texas.  Vendor must have proof of ATO for equipment listed. A base period of performance from 01 July 2025 through 30 June 2026 is estimated for this requirement. A sources-sought is a market research tool being used to determine availability and adequacy of potential business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition. The intent of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist by determining if this effort can be successfully competed and/or set-aside for small businesses. Upon closing of this sources sought, the government will use the information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. This requirement is anticipated to result in the award of a single firm-fixed price contract. Period of performance is tentatively anticipated as base plus three additional option years. The government will not reimburse any company or individual for any expense associated with preparation or participation in this research. Please see Table 1 in the attached for equipment listing.

All interested businesses must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for awards of Government contracts. Telephonic inquiries will not be honored. Vendor Shall Demonstration of certification of training to deliver Maintenance and Services for Hologic ® 3D Mammography™ System, system software and PACS Hardware if not responded directly from manufacturer themselves being Hologic. Vendor responses must include the size of their business regarding the North American Industry Contractor responses must include Classification System (NAICS) code 811210 per the standard described in Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR) Part 19.102. (FAR available at www.acquisition.gov). Vendor must be authorized to operate (ATO) network systems at the listed government facility (WBAMC) and manufacture’s listed equipment (Hologic ® 3D Mammography™ System) vendor must provide proof of ATO capabilities in these sources sought response If vendor believes this procurement action should be performed under a different. Vendor responses must include recommended proposal schedule (Contract Line items and suggested invoicing and terms). Pricing is not required or needed.
