Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Seoul, Korea requires Multilateral Summit Planning Services to manage the setup and organization of a multi-day summit, including logistical support for all conference participants from Korea and other Asian countries with travel to the United States in summer 2026.
The Government plans to issue the solicitation at the end of August 2025. The solicitation will be posted on https://www.sam.gov and the Embassy website. No paper copies will be made available. Please see the RFQ for the actual response date and for specific quotation requirements.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
