S--MT- CF-HELLGATE CAMPGROUND WATER DISTRIB

This is a Sources Sought Notice for pipe, pipe fittings, valves, pumps and controls, water storage tanks, and a pre-cast concrete utility building for the Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Area Office, Hellgate Campground at Canyon Ferry Reservoir. The purpose of this notice is to gauge contractor interest and ability to deliver all the supplies listed in Attachment ¿Statement of Work-Water Distribution and Storage Material Supply¿ and in accordance with the terms listed in the first 3 pages of the Statement of Work. The Bureau of Reclamation will use information obtained through this notice to determine interest, an appropriate NAICS code, and set-aside possibilities. Proposals are not requested and will not be accepted from this Sources Sought Notice.
THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND A CONTRACT WILL NOT BE AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS NOTICE.

Delivery of supplies will be to Hellgate Campground at Canyon Ferry Reservoir, Lewis and Clark County, Montana.

Note that the specific items and quantities are described in Attachment ¿Statement of Work-Water Distribution and Storage Material Supply¿ Price Schedule, pages B-1 through B-3. The Section references next to each item in the Price Schedule will further describe the technical specifications for the listed items:

A. Pre-cast concrete utility building (CLIN 1).
B. Potable water buried pipe and fittings (Multiple CLINs);
C. Process piping and plumbing pipe, fittings, valves, including specialty valves and controls, and appurtenances (Multiple CLINs);
D. Pumps and controls (Multiple CLINs);
E. Potable water storage tanks, fittings, and appurtenances (Multiple CLINs); and

Specialty supply Items below include incidental services as described below:

A. Pre-Cast Concrete Utility Building (CLIN 1): Supplier shall off-load the building and set it in its final location.
B. Booster Pump (CLIN 2): Supplier shall provide qualified representative for one-time pump startup and testing during commissioning phase of project.
C. Pressure Sustaining Valve (CLIN 16): Supplier shall provide qualified representative for one-time valve startup and testing during commissioning phase of project.

The Government is seeking potentially interested contractors who can deliver the water system parts as well as the pre-cast concrete utility building. The NAICS Code for the water supplies is 326122 with a business size standard of 750 employees. The NAICS code for the pre-cast concrete building is 327390 with a business size standard of 500 employees. Interested businesses are invited to propose alternative NAICS codes that may better fit the overall scope of the supplies.

The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought Notice. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will not be bound to this information if a solicitation is issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action, based on the responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
