(16) Description – The objective of this requirement is to provide show services at multiple conferences throughout FY26 to include electrical, materials, material handling, company identification sign, standard pipe-and-drape layout, perimeter security, furniture, and general illumination. CISA owns three exhibit booths, two 400 square foot booths and one 600 square foot booth. The requirement includes exhibit crate shipping from the storage location to the specific conference locations. The vendor will install and dismantle the exhibit booths, and provide return shipping to the storage location or subsequent conference locations.  The vendor will maintain the condition of the exhibit booths from normal wear to ensure the exhibit booths are presentable for each conference. This includes minor repairs, and carpet and flooring replacement on regular intervals.
