SPLIT RAIL FENCE MATERIALS

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTE

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) The solicitation number is 140P6425Q0114 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05.

(iv) This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Businesses. The associated NAICS code is 321113 and the small business size standard is 550 employees.

(v) Please see the attached Price Schedule for a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including options).

(vi) Zion National Park, a unit of the National Park Service is seeking Split Rail Fencing Materials in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor in or around September 2025.

(vii) Period of performance will 120 calendar days after receipt of an award. All materials shall be delivered within that time.

(xiv) Not applicable.
