The required delivery date is 08/31/2026 or BEST POSSIBLE DELIVERY All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FLCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the Beta Sam website: https://www.beta.sam.gov. Prospective offerors are responsible for notifying the Contracting officer as an interested party. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATIONS BELOW: TIMBER, SIZE: 8" (H) X 16" (W) X 56" (L), MATERIAL: OAK QUALITY: SQUARE EDGED, STRAIGHT, WITHOUT ANY VISIBLE LOOSE DEFECTS, DRYNESS-GREEN TO PARTIALLY AIR DRIED. PACKING: ON PALLETS OR WITH EQUIVALENT ARRANGEMENT, STEEL STRAPPED TO PREVENT SPOILAGE AND END COATED WITH PARAFFIN. DECAY PROTECTION: SPACER NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED BETWEEN WOODS TO PREVENT DECAY BY WET. WATERPROOF COVER: PRODUCTS ON THE PALLET MUST BE COVERED WITH WATERPROOFING SHEET IN ORDER TO PROTECT IT AGAINST RAINWATER AND SEAWATER DURING THE TRANSPORTATION. QTY: 1350 EACH
