This criterion evaluates the Proposer’s past performance, as evidenced by client references, case studies, and examples of comparable engagements. Emphasis will be placed on demonstrated success in areas such as strategic plan design, cost containment, vendor negotiations, regulatory compliance, implementation, and ongoing account management.
This criterion evaluates the reasonableness, competitiveness, and overall value of the Proposer’s cost/price proposal in relation to the Services to be provided. Proposals will be assessed based on the clarity, completeness, and transparency of the pricing structure, including all fees, commissions, and any other compensation associated with the Services.

If this Bid is accepted by the City, to enter into an agreement with the City of Doral to perform and furnish all goods and/or services as specified or indicated in the Contract for the Price and within the timeframe indicated in this bid and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract.
