    The Contractor shall perform overlay on approximately 6,000 square feet of synthetic turf, and will be compensated for the services in accordance with rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, travel and per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, tools, insurance, permits, licenses, bonds, and every other item of expense necessary to provide the services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Correctional Construction Mentorship (CCM) Program, located at San Quentin Rehabilitation Center (SQRC), 100 Main St. San Quentin, CA 94964.
