Once registered and confirmed, click on “Open Public Opportunities” tab, and search “City of Allentown.”Submittal The City of Allentown will begin to receive sealed bids online via PennBid only at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. Submissions shall be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website. Vendors must submit proposals online; those who fail to submit complete applications through PennBid will not be considered for award. Submissions must include a scanned copy of the Bid Bond as stated above through PennBid in the appropriate drop down. The PROPOSAL PAGE must be completed and submitted through PennBid. Other Forms must be completed and uploaded to PennBid.Proposals may be withdrawn, altered or otherwise modified within PennBid at any time prior to the due date and time listed. Questions regarding this project shall be submitted via the “Ask a Question” feature in PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.No faxed or emailed proposals will be accepted.
