It is suggested that the Respondent review the Scope of Services for clarity and understanding prior to reviewing the complete response document.Questions and/or clarifications regarding this project shall be submitted electronically via the “Ask a Question” feature in PennBid. Responses to questions that require an addendum or changes to the Proposal Documents will be issued via a Public Notice and posted on PennBid. Respondents who have registered with PennBid and downloaded documents for this project will be notified by email when a change or addenda has been posted.
