Sealed Bids for the construction of the HARVEYS LAKE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS SITE will be received online via the PennBid Program, by Harveys Lake Borough until 2:00 P.M. local time on December 2, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website, shortly after which a notice will be posted on PennBid containing the bid results. The Project consists of: Site work for the department of publics works salt shed and new building, including grading, pavement, and stormwater facilities. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the online Bid Form. All bidding documents are available at no cost at (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.) A pre-bid conference will be not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the amount of the liability under the contract. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA Prevailing Wages. Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex. This project is financed in part by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority.
