SCO Family of Services is seeking qualified vendors to acquire and implement a modern, cloud-based SaaS financial management platform capable of supporting nonprofit accounting, multi-entity reporting across multiple EINs, restricted and unrestricted fund management, program and cost center accounting, and advanced allocation methodologies. The selected solution is expected to support the organization's financial and operational needs through a modern, integrated platform capable of supporting functions including, but not limited to: General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Budget Management Financial Reporting Fixed Assets Banking and Cash Management Workflow Automation System Integrations The organization is currently seeking a comprehensive solution that will enhance operational efficieny, reporting capabilities, internal controls, scalability, and integration functionality across departments. Due to the confidential and sensitive nature of the information contained within the solictiation package, interested vendors will be required to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to receiving the formal Request for Proposals (RFP) documents. Vendors interested in participating in this procurement must submit a request for the NDA no later than June 2, 2026. NDA requests must be submitted via email to Jillian Ernest, jernest@sco.org, with the subject line: "Financial Management System RFP - NDA Request" The NDA request email must also include the following information for the vendor organization: Legal company name Primary company address Counterparty contact name Counterparty contact title Counterparty contact email address Authorized signatory name Authorized signatory title Authorized signatory email address Upon receipt of the request, the NDA will be issued electronically via Docusign. Once the NDA has been fully executed by all parties, the organization will provide the vednor with the formal RFP package and timeline.
