    Description

    This project consists of cleaning, regrading and making improvements to the existing ditch. There will also be sheet piling installation, landscaping, wooden fence installation and installation of a 10 foot multi-use path along the west side of Fort Meigs road from Eckel Junction Road to State Route 65 (West River Road). This contract is subject to the provision of State of Ohio, Prevailing Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. In order to be considered responsive, the contractor and all subcontractors will need to comply with City Ordinance 08-2023 which was passed in April of 2023. A copy of the Ordinance 08-2023 is included in the attachment list. The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the Base Bid and any Alternatives that are accepted. Final Completion for the project: November 1, 2026 Engineering Estimate for the project: $2,800,000
