Questions received after 4:00 PM, Friday, April 17, 2026, regarding the project will not be acknowledged.This Contract is subject to the following: Pennsylvanian Prevailing Wage, the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Condition; requirement of a noncollusion affidavit; the non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions; and the Public Works Employment Verification Act.Hanover Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
