Submission Requirements

• Price Proposal (required) —

  Prospective bidders should supply a rate sheet for personnel associated with the type of work being requested, which will establish contract rates.

• Past Production Services (within the last year) (required) —

  Provide a brief overview of shows and/or events that your company has provided productions services for in the last year.

• Key Personnel (required) —

  Include qualifications of all key personnel or production team members who would be assigned to project(s).

• Certificate of Good Standing with the State of Maryland (required) —
