It is also possible that training workshops or other meetings may be held in addition to the public Commission meetings that require audiovisual support and video documentation. Vendors that have current experience providing audiovisual support for hybrid or virtual meetings, live streaming of meeting content, in both audio and multiple video formats, and experience in managing hybrid and virtual meetings using the Zoom Webinar platform, are invited to respond.
