The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for temporary fencing for the Annual Independence Day Celebration at McConnell-Talbert Stadium on Saturday, July 4, 2026. The awarded bidder will be responsible for furnishing, installing, and removing all specified materials. Delivery and set up may begin on Friday, July 3, 2026. All assets and materials must be removed by close of business on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. A mandatory onsite pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026 at 2:00 PM(ET) at McConnell-Talbert Stadium (400 S. Davis Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31088). Each prospective bidder must upload and submit their bid with all required documents through the City's online procurement system, IonWave, by the designated date and time of Friday, March 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM(ET). Bidders are encouraged to submit questions pertaining to the specifications and requirements of this solicitation. All questions must be submitted through IonWave by Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 2:00PM(ET). Submission of a proposal shall constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms, conditions, and addenda to this solicitation. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value and other factors considered.
