Proposals must be submitted in duplicate and enclosed in a sealed envelope and plainly marked on the outside clearly identifying the proposal as: PW26-05 Three-year contract term for municipal facilities Janitorial Services with two optional one-year extensions. Emailed proposals will not be accepted.
