(16) Description – The objective of this requirement is reservation of a sponsorship/exhibitor booth space, size 20 feet x 20 feet at the 2026 IWCE Conference, scheduled for March 16 through March 19, 2026.  It includes the Gold Sponsorship Package and a booth space 400 square feet (20 feet x 20 feet) in size.  The Exhibit Space Selection shall include exhibit booth space, a company identification sign, standard pipe-and-drape layout, perimeter security, and general illumination.  The requirement allows for time to assemble the 20’x20’ exhibit booth prior to the conference, and time to dismantle the exhibit booth after the conference.
