This sole source award to ACTE is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.102(a) (DFARS CD 2026-O0028). This sole source is authorized under FAR 12.102(a) (DFARS CD 2026-O0028) soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deems only one source reasonably available.
