This is an Intent to Sole Source. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, of quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information regarding this requirement. MICC-Fort Knox, 199 6th Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121, on behalf of the National Conventions Division (NCD) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source award to Association of the United States Army (AUSA) from 13 OCTOBER 2025 – 15 OCTOBER 2025 for Annual Meeting at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC

This sole source award to Association of the United States Army (AUSA) is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.106-1(b) – soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deems only one source reasonably available.
