INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – CONVENTION BOOTH SPACE ANCILLARY SERVICES AT THE ASSOCIATION OF THE UNITED STATES ARMY (AUSA) 2025 ANNUAL MEETING

This is an Intent to Sole Source. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, of quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information regarding this requirement. MICC-Fort Knox, 199 6th Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121, on behalf of the U.S. Army Mission Support Battalion, 185 9th Cavalry Regiment Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121 intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source award to the Global Experience Specialists Inc., 7150 S. Tenaya Way, Las Vegas, NV 89113. The Global Experience Specialists Inc. is the sole source to provide booth space Ancillary Services at the Ancillary Services for the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) 2025 Annual Meeting at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center 801 Mount Vernon Pl NW, Washington, DC 20001, from 13-15 October, for the U.S. Army Mission Support Battalion, Fort Knox, KY 40121.

This sole source award to the Global Experience Specialists Inc. is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.106-1(b) – soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deems only one source reasonably available.
