The event requires use of a single facility with a room block (estimated 215 rooms), meeting space (estimated 400 attendees), audio-visual equipment, and wireless internet connectivity as described in the Statement of Work. The location must be located within 15 miles of the Naval Supply Activity at 700 Robbins St, Philadelphia, PA, 19111 and the location must be an approved accommodation listed on the List of Approved Hotels and Motels for Federal Travelers located at https://apps.usfa.fema.gov/hotel/.
